Kabhie fursat me yun hi agar
Dabi woh har gham bata dein
Chhupi woh har nafrat dikha dein
Bikhre woh har khwaab suna dein
Simte woh har khouf feilaa dein
Kya tab bhi yeh zindegi jannat kehlayegi?

Jalti woh har shamaa bujha dein
Mehekti woh har fizaa lutaa dein
Sarmaati woh har hayaa mita dein
Lehraati woh har nadi sukha dein
Kya tab bhi hume yeh zindegi jannat dikhaegi?

Jo yaad karein us bewafaa ki bewafaai
Aur na hi yeh fitrat hai humari
Jo jiye hum woh jillat ki tanhaayi.

No, I don’t miss you anymore,
It’s just that I stopped
Laughing my heart out,
And never ventured near the place
Where you bade me goodbye
And, I don’t cry anymore.

Writing poems,
And never read all those poems
I wrote when you were with me
And, I don’t love you anymore.

Breathing long ago,
And I never smelt those flowers
You gave me as the farewell gift

Sit beside you
And watch you sleeping & dreaming,
The whole night;
Someday I would like to,

And listen to you
Speaking about your dreams & desires,
Of that future bright.
Someday I would like to,
Spend a cold winter evening with you,
Sitting together,
Beside a bonfire;
Under the open sky with twinkling stars,
Just laughing like kids,
Leaving all our worries behind,
And talking about our funniest desire.
Someday I would like to,
Walk quietly beside you,
On the sea shore,
Collecting sea-shells from here & there;
Someday I would like to,
Sit on the top of a big mountain,
With you,
To watch the sunset,
And get cherished by all the
Pleasant memories we share.
Someday I would like to,
Wake you up early in the morning,
And take you on a long walk,
In the morning shower;
Someday I would like to,
Give you a warm hug,
And tell you
How you made my life
Smelling like a flower.
Someday I would like to,
See you on the top of the world,
Being the happiest person,
Having everything you ever wished for;

Surrounded by all the people you love,
